This Service Bulletin is applicable to all GEnx-1B engines.
This Service Bulletin has been introduced in production to these GEnx-1B engines:
GEnx-1B engines, serial numbers 956-120 and up.
These serial numbers are the best available data.
B.Description
This Service Bulletin releases changes to the LPT ACC manifold connectors from the current titanium housings and silicone seals to the silicone bellows and hose clamps.

This Service Bulletin can be accomplished on wing or in shop.

K.Interchangeability
The air bellows P/N 2363M85P01 and clamp P/N 1519M13P09 must be installed concurrently on an engine and cannot be mixed with the seal housing P/N 1682M90P16 and seal P/N 1682M91P08. Proposed hardware is physically and functionally interchangeable when the air bellows P/N 2363M85P01 and clamp P/N 1519M13P09 are installed as a set.

3.ACCOMPLISHMENT INSTRUCTIONS
A.General
(1)If necessary, loose the air manifold bolts (15-110, 15-120, and 15-130, 75-24-10). Refer to Figure 1.
(2)Remove the seal housings (15-090) from the LPT ACC manifolds (15-052, 15-062, 15-072, and 15-082).
(3)Remove the air duct seals (15-100) from the seal housings.
(4)Install the bellows (1, Figure 1) on the LPT ACC air manifolds (15-052, 15-062, 15-072, and 15-082) with the clamps (2, Figure 1).
(a)Make sure that the bolt bodies of the clamps (2) face forward and that the bolt heads are pointed away from the engine.
(b)Make sure the bead of the manifold is not exposed.
(5)Torque the air manifold bolts (15-110, 15-120, 15-130) to the LPT case brackets to 106-124 lb in. (12.0-14.0 N.m).
(6)Torque the clamp (2) to 32-38 lb in. (3.6-4.3 N.m).
