| This Service Bulletin releases a new spacer P/N 2991M40P01, bolt P/N J334P10A, and alternate bolt P/N MS9697-10 to the combustor discharge manifold to improve the clamp. |

| Cracks and missing material are found on the combustor discharge manifold. |
| (3) | Cause: |
| Residual motion between the combustor discharge manifold and surrounding hardware can lead to cracking on the combustor discharge manifold. |
| (4) | Improvement: |
| Adding the new spacer with longer bolt in order to increase the clamp on the combustor discharge manifold. |
| (5) | Substantiation: |
| Substantiation is by analysis. |
