The Service Bulletin is introduced into production at 956-186 and up. |
All engines will be retrofitted at Boeing prior to entry into service. |

B. | Description |
This Service Bulletin releases EEC Software Version B120 P/N 2124M23P13 and also releases EEC kit P/N 738L357G08, and EEC kit P/N 738L357G09 as part of purchase or repaired EEC. |
EEC kit P/N 738L357G07 (2447M85P01 EEC) upgrades to EEC kit P/N 738L357G09 kit with this software. |
EEC kit P/N 738L357G06 (2121M86P06 EEC) upgrades to EEC kit P/N 738L357G08 kit with this software. |

3. | ACCOMPLISHMENT INSTRUCTIONS |
A. | General |
(1) | EEC on-board Flight Deck reprogramming Procedures: |
(a) | For on board data load function, refer to the Boeing 787 AMM 73-21-05-00B-750. |
(b) | The on board software LSAP is obtained through the Boeing software library. The Boeing part number for the LSAP is GEC47-2124-2313. |
(2) | EEC Shop Reprogramming and Verification Procedure: |
(a) | Prepare a 615 working copy disk of the software per the instructions embedded on software load disk P/N 362A9836P6. |
(b) | Reprogram the EEC with the PDL reprogramming disk working copy. Refer to the Reference 2, Component Maintenance Manual, Chapter/Section 73-21-50, APPENDIX A - ECU Reprogramming and NVM Retrieval. |
