This Service Bulletin has been introduced in production to these GEnx-1B engines:

GEnx-1B engines, serial numbers 956-248 and up.
These serial numbers are the best available data.
 The cushioned loop clamp P/N J1432P06 is affected by this Service Bulletin.
B.Description
 This Service Bulletin introduces a new cushioned loop clamp P/N J1432P04 with reduced size to hold W32 and W33 harness branches.

GE recommends that you do this Service Bulletin at customer's option.
D.Concurrent Requirements
None.
E.Reason
(1)Objective:
To introduce new parts.
(2)Condition:
 The W32 and W33 harnesses clamp and spring clip allow the harnesses to slip in the clamps and spring clips.
(3)Cause:
Current hardware gaps are causing attached harnesses to wear out.
(4)Improvement:
 The new cushioned loop clamps are reduced to improve clamping on the W32 and W33 harnesses branches.
(5)Substantiation:
Substantiation is by comparative analysis.

This Service Bulletin has been reviewed by the FAA and the repair(s) and modification(s) herein comply with the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and are FAA APPROVED for installation in the model(s) listed in this Service Bulletin.
G.Manpower
After you get access to the W32 and W33 harnesses, you will need approximately 1 man-hour for each engine or component.

3.ACCOMPLISHMENT INSTRUCTIONS
 A.General
 (1)Removal and installation instructions for the cushioned loop clamps (10-060 and 15-050, 73-21-66) have not changed. Refer to the GEnx-1B EM, 72-00-02, DISASSEMBLY 001 and ASSEMBLY 006.
 (2)Install the W32 harness (10-010, 73-21-66) and W33 harness (15-010) with cushioned loop clamps (10-060B and 15-050B) and bolts (10-070 and 15-070). Refer to the GEnx-1B EM, 72-00-02, ASSEMBLY 006.
