| (1) | Objective: |
| To introduce new parts. |
| (2) | Condition: |
| The current configuration uses two double seal fittings and reducers to allow weld of the tubing section to the port fittings and to the T-sensor fittings. |
| (3) | Cause: |
| The use of reducers increases the difficulty of manufacturability of the system. |
| (4) | Improvement: |
| To reduce the manufacturing complexity and eliminate the risk of leakage with these single seal fittings configured for safety wire use. |
| (5) | Substantiation: |
| Substantiation is by analysis and comparative analysis. |
