R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R	PURPOSE AND USE: The fixture is used to lift and turn the Stage 5 Blisk during assembly and disassembly for inspection, cleaning, and depot activity.
R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R	DESCRIPTION: This fixture consists of 2 similar assemblies; each one includes a Clamp (item 12), a Support (item 11) with a nylon coating, a Trunnion (item 5), two (2) Pads (item 14) and two (2) Knobs (item 13) which secure the bracket set to the Stage 5 Blisk. The Pads (item 14) is permanently installed on the Support (item 11) and the Clamp (item 12) to interface with Engine Hardware (HDW) with no risk of damage. The Trunnion (item 5) is permanently installed on the outer face of the Support (item 11) and interfaces with the lift fixtures to allow for rotation. The Support (item 11) features a rectangular shape with a rectangular hole on its middle. On one side interfaces with the Trunnion (item 5) and on the other side interfaces with the Pad (item 14). This item also includes two Pins (item 11B) which engage the HDW and Clamp (item 12) during tool use. The Clamp (item 12) features a rectangular shape with a rectangular hole on its middle. On one side interfaces with the Support (item 11) and on the other side interfaces with the Pad (item 14). The Hand Knobs (item 13) work to secure both the Support (item 11) and Clamp (item 12) together during tool use and prevents them from disassembling. Leading Particulars: 110.0 lb (49.9 kg).

R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R R	SERVICING REQUIREMENTS: Read all operation and safety instructions before you use the tool. 1. Carefully unpack the Support Equipment (SE) from the shipping packaging and account for all the components, as described in the Technical SE Description and Pictorial view above. 2. Make sure that all the required documentation is included with the shipment. Place the documentation in the appropriate files. 3. Inspect all SE components to determine whether or not any damage was incurred during packing and shipment. 4. Install and/or assemble (if required) the SE in accordance with the Pictorial sketch, the Engine Maintenance Manual and/or the applicable design drawings.
